Raffle Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

The Stratford Sounds community raffle is open to entrants aged 18 years and over. Prizes containing alcohol will only be released to entrants aged 18 or over on presentation of valid ID.

Tickets

Tickets are purchased through the official raffle ticket page linked from this website. Ticket purchases are non-refundable. Entries are only valid once payment is received.

The draw

The raffle will be drawn during Stratford Sounds on Saturday 12 September 2026. Winners need not be present and will be contacted using the details provided at purchase. Winners may be published on our social media channels.

Prizes

Prizes are donated by local businesses, venues and community partners and are subject to each donor's own conditions, booking availability and expiry dates. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged.

Use of funds

Funds raised go towards delivering Stratford Sounds as a free community event, including paying local and visiting artists, production, sound and event costs.
